CAERC conducted a preliminary monitoring and evaluation of the "State Program for ensuring food safety in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2019-2025 years" for 2020.

         The Center for Economic Reforms Analysis and Communication (CAERC) has prepared a preliminary monitoring and evaluation report on the results of the implementation of the "State Program for ensuring food safety in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2019-2025 years"  for 2020.

         A number of best practices, including the achievements of the World Bank, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, UN agencies and other international organizations in the field of effective monitoring and evaluation were used when the report was prepared. In accordance with the implementation period of the State Program (2019-2025), indicators on the outputs, outcomes and impacts were determined during the development of the results framework. The monitoring and evaluation report of this program, which is the first large-scale results-based implementation and evaluation process in the country, was prepared taking into account the recommendations of World Bank experts.
